We stayed in Jacarilla for a long weekend and loved it!
The apartment is much nicer than you would expect to get on a package holiday - much more comfortable and spacious and in quieter surroundings.
Strongly advise other visitors to hire a car so you can go off exploring the coast and the villages, as well as get to some of the local restaurants in the evening. We went to El Gusto and The Priory, both of which were superb.
